Tiger Lily's Adventure with ... JJ 22/02/2012
Today I took Tiger Lily home from school. We went to a shop in Cheras Leisure Mall. Me and Tiger Lily ate a chocolate croissant. Then we bought swimming goggles. We came home and played. Then me and Tiger Lily ate dinner. After that we went for a bicycle ride. Then me and Tiger Lily went to the park. Tiger Lily went on the slide. She also went on monkey bars but she got scared. Me and her favourite part today was going bike riding. Add Comment My New School, by J 18/02/2012
I have started at a new school called AISM. My school teacher's name is Mrs P. My class is 1W ('wattle'). My friends are Ol, Kei, and Far, Jor, Br, Yi, Jen, last of all Sar. After school I do swimming, karate and soccer. In swimming I swam with a surfboard. In karate I did exercise and learned the moves. In soccer we played a game. I was the defender. My favourite thing was swimming. I like school because I like playing with my friends. Malachi talks 15/02/2012

My birthday 28/01/2012
On my birthday I woke up and went downstairs. My family sang me happy birthday when I reached fourth last step. Then we eat some boiled eggs for breakfast. I like my birthday because I like getting and opening presents, and eating birthday cake, I mean birthday crumble. For my birthday lunch we went to a Japanese restaurant. It was called My Little Tokyo. I ate a sushi deluxe box and drank a mango smoothie. The smoothie made me feel cold, like I'm going to freeze, but I still liked it because it tasted nice and sweet. Here's a poem for you: The smoothie tastes nice But only when there's no ice I drank it twice JJ had rice My birthday cake I had a slice It was a big price In the afternoon, we went for a bike ride. I love riding bikes because I like pedalling up the hill and going fast down the hill. I like the wind in my face. It makes me feel happy. And I like taking over JJ. I wish it was my birthday every day. A morning with Dad, Jay and I 21/01/2012
On Saturday we went to the train station to catch a train to KL Sentral because we were going to the caryard to pick up our car. It broke down the other day while Daddy and I were in the car. The repairs were finished today. Before we got on the train we waited for 25 minutes because the train was late. On the way a nice Malay man on the train helped us get there because Daddy didn't know the way. And two people offered us their seats but we didn't sit down because we thought we might get out of the train in time because it was packed. When we were on the train we were squashed like sardines (see picture), and we were thrown backwards and forwards, left and right. On the second train we got to see the driver driving. He went 30 then 40 km/h. We had a ride in Uncle Anthony's big MPV. It had a television and it was very spacious. I loved the MPV but Daddy said it was too expensive to buy. We picked up the car and we drove it back home. They fixed the gears in the car and put in a new stereo. On the way back we were dancing in the car, and Daddy was about to dance when a motorbike bumped into our side mirror--"BOOM!!" Daddy went "OOOHHH!!" It was very funny, we laughed and laughed. We had McDonalds to celebrate Daddy's and my birthdays. I ate a Filet-O-Fish hamburger, Sprite and chips. JJ had nuggets, Daddy also had a Filet-O-Fish. I had a fantastic time. Today my mother took us to a bicycle shop to get my training wheels off my bike, and also to look for a bike for dad, herself and Sophie (the same bike for all of them). The uncle at the store also pumped up my tyres. It was like getting my bike tuned. Then this afternoon I tested my bike out. I nearly fell off. I practiced by riding down the hill without my father's help, and also without training wheels. The hill had grass on it. I start by putting my right foot on pedal nearly at the top, and my left foot on the ground. Then I push my foot as hard as I can, like an accelerator, and then when I start cycling off I put my left foot back on the pedal. I did it perfectly. It's not hard to balance. It felt very nice to ride without training wheels. I could go faster, very, very, very, very fast. Even faster than Zac, even though he used to be faster than me. I cycled home; Daddy didn't have to hold onto me. On Wednesday we packed to go to Singapore. We packed the car and went on the highway. It took more than four hours. I loved the drive because it was nice and bumpy and very fast. I fell asleep on the way. When we arrived, my Poppo was waiting for us at the bottom of the apartment. She was happy to see us. We unpacked the car and brought it up to the apartment in the lift. We stayed in the same room that we always stay. The room has three beds, on a bunk bed. It has a desk and you can listen to music on the radio. We play 'tent' in the room and we made a cable car with the string and a small Caterpillar vehicle that went down the cord. We had a lovely time. We ate Christmas dinner at The Vines and had JJ's birthday at McDonald's. I like the Western food at The Vines--it was really yummy. I ate fish and chips, and JJ had spaghetti. Poppo and Daddy had steak, and Goong Goong and Mummy had Christmas turkey. Sophie and JJ ate all Poppo's mashed potato, and JJ ate everyone's strawberries. On Christmas Day we went to church at St George's where the church had open side walls. We went to Chloe's house and had dessert. We swam in the swimming pools at Chloe's condo, and explored the island, where there is a spa. But we didn't go in the spa because the water was green and murky. We ran around and sprayed each other with water guns. JJ said he won the water gun fight. We like going to Singapore because there are not many mosquitoes to bite us, and Singapore has lots of fun things--better than Seremban. It was a fantastic holiday but now we're back in Malaysia we have to clean up the house, and do more school work. A Trip to Port Dickson, by Zac 24/12/2011
On Wednesday we went to Port Dickson to stay at the Lexis Water Chalets. We lived in chalet 155. When you first enter the chalet, you see a sink, then on the floor there's a hole with some hard glass so you can see through it. When I first saw the glass I said, "Nobody step on it!" But Daddy stepped on it, and pretended to fall in by saying, "Ahhhh, I'm falling in!" Through the glass you can see some water, and we saw some rubbish floating by (an orange plastic bag). Next is a toilet, then a bath and a shower. We had a bath two times, because we loved it. It was big enough for the three of us (kids) to bath together. The next room has four beds, and we put in a portacot. I slept with Jeremy in one bed; it was nice and comfy. And there is a cupboard already there in the main room, and desk and chair and a little small fridge. There is a balcony that has two deck chairs and a little coffee table. I went on the balcony; it was nice to listen to the rain and waves on the sea. Our chalet is built on water, and very far away from the shore. I liked the chalet because it was nice, quiet, and peaceful and comfy. There is a swimming pool; we swam in it and it has a little waterfall. There is a big playground that is outdoor, and a little playground that is indoors. We had a lovely view of the sea. The day we left we used a golf buggy. We took two trips: Dad and I went in the second trip. I sat in the front. Thank you Aunty LeeLeng for the tickets so we can stay at your water chalet. |
