To Singapore for Christmas, by Zachary 02/01/2012
On Wednesday we packed to go to Singapore. We packed the car and went on the highway. It took more than four hours. I loved the drive because it was nice and bumpy and very fast. I fell asleep on the way. When we arrived, my Poppo was waiting for us at the bottom of the apartment. She was happy to see us. We unpacked the car and brought it up to the apartment in the lift. We stayed in the same room that we always stay. The room has three beds, on a bunk bed. It has a desk and you can listen to music on the radio. We play 'tent' in the room and we made a cable car with the string and a small Caterpillar vehicle that went down the cord. We had a lovely time. We ate Christmas dinner at The Vines and had JJ's birthday at McDonald's. I like the Western food at The Vines--it was really yummy. I ate fish and chips, and JJ had spaghetti. Poppo and Daddy had steak, and Goong Goong and Mummy had Christmas turkey. Sophie and JJ ate all Poppo's mashed potato, and JJ ate everyone's strawberries. On Christmas Day we went to church at St George's where the church had open side walls. We went to Chloe's house and had dessert. We swam in the swimming pools at Chloe's condo, and explored the island, where there is a spa. But we didn't go in the spa because the water was green and murky. We ran around and sprayed each other with water guns. JJ said he won the water gun fight. We like going to Singapore because there are not many mosquitoes to bite us, and Singapore has lots of fun things--better than Seremban. It was a fantastic holiday but now we're back in Malaysia we have to clean up the house, and do more school work. Add Comment MaSin SUS Meeting this Monday 26th November 24/10/2009
